Cancellation Policy
Please also read our Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
Please understand that we are a small studio operating with limited resources. We will do our very best to accomodate your request provided we are given adequate notice, however our refund policies are strict because they enable us to pay our staff a fair wage, and remain accessible as a studio. Each week we get quite a few requests and if we were to accommodate each one, we would be forced to lower our staff wages or increase our prices - both of which we really want to avoid. We thank you for understanding.
Taster sessions, Drop-Ins, Special Events, Clay Socials, Clay Day, Clay Morning and Clay Afternoon

Exchanges

Bookings are exchangeable for free to other classes (of equivalent value) up to 7 days before the start of your session.

Transfers
​

You can give your place in a class to a friend or family member at any time.
​
Refunds
​

We do not offer refunds, but we can transfer your booking to another session or offer you store credit up to 7 days before the start of your session.​

We cannot accomodate full or partial refunds on drop-in sessions.​
​

We cannot refund, transfer, or exchange free/discounted sessions.
Courses, Retreats, Group bookings (Including private, corporate and charity)

Exchanges

Bookings are exchangeable for free to other Clay days or Retreats (of equivalent value) up until 28 days prior. After this, there is a transfer fee of £20.

Less than 14 days before the first session, exchanges to other classes are not allowed.​

Transfers

You can transfer your booking to a friend or family member at any time.

Refunds
-
Bookings are refundable in full if cancelled 28 days prior.

A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made up to 14 days prior.

After 14 days prior your booking is non-refundable.
