Join us for a unique session that combines the tactile joy of pottery with the soothing sounds of a gong bath, creating a perfect space for healing and creativity.

Discover the transformative power of combining pottery handbuilding with a sound bath led by ceramicist and sound healer Claire Wan, where you can ignite your inner creativity and find deep relaxation.

All you need to do is join us, let your hands shape the clay, and then lie down to be bathed in the sounds and vibrations of the gong, a sacred instrument used for thousands of years for healing.

There is a science behind this experience. The gong’s sounds and vibrations create an alpha brainwave state, where mental activity includes daydreaming and imagination. This is then followed by a theta brainwave state, where activity includes sleep, dreaming, and deep meditation. Even though you still feel present, you have entered a dreamlike, deep meditative state. Theta is a good state of consciousness for healing to occur.

  • Guided Pottery Session: Deep-dive into the art of handbuilding with clay, guided by our expert instructor, Claire Wan.

  • Sound Bath Experience: Drift into tranquility with 30 minutes of soothing sounds from crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes.

  • All Materials Provided: We supply all the clay, tools, aprons, mats, blankets and materials needed.

  • No Experience Necessary: Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned artist, our session is designed for all skill levels.

Please note: pieces can be fired and glazed for an extra fee (depending on size)
